This website is owned and operated by eYang Optical. EyangOptical.ca is a 100% internet optical lab based online optical store. We offer Single Vision prescription eyeglasses solutions online.

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. These Terms do not affect those rights you have granted by law including your statutory rights as a customer.

This website offers visitors eyewear frames and Single Vision eyeglasses. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for ordering our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and delivery charge is available on the payments page.

You should provide us with the relevant prescription that is to be applied to the glasses unless you are ordering frames only. All prescriptions provided to us must have been given to you by a registered medical practitioner or registered ophthalmic optician following a testing of sight by him or her within the last 2 years.

If you didn’t state, we use an appropriate average PD of 59mm for women/61mm for men for single vision reading and distance lenses. For kids, you must provide the PD. EYangOptical.ca strongly recommend that you consult your optician to obtain your PD before ordering, and provide that number to us when ordering.

A description of the goods is mentioned on our website. We ensure that there are no changes to the goods to be supplied, it is possible that there might be some minor variations to the description and/or specification of the goods which arise by virtue of changes made by the manufacturers of the parts supplied which form part of the goods. All our frames & lenses are sourced from our reputable North American partners. These suppliers adhere to the highest quality standards. Our Popular Brands Frames supplier is Centennial Optical, L-series Leisure Style frames supplier is Sunopti, pictures of the goods cited from centennialoptical.com & sunoptic.com. We believe this is the best way of ensuring you receive high quality products consistently.

Delivery of the goods will take place within twenty working days. You cannot ask us to cancel the order within this period if we have already processed the order.

Any dates specified by us for delivery of goods are intended to be an estimate time. If no dates are specified, we will endeavour to deliver within a reasonable time.

If for any reason (not due to our fault) you do not accept delivery of any of the goods in accordance with this paragraph then we may charge you an additional fee to cover any reasonable additional direct costs incurred by us as a result (including additional insurance, delivery, storage or similar charges).

Return and refund policy
We guarantee the quality of our eyewears at eyangoptical.ca.If you are not happy with your glasses, contact us for a refund or a replacement by Email to info@eyangoptical.ca

Customers have 14 days since they receive their glasses to make an equal exchange or get a return for no reason.

A one-time replacement pair within 6 months is available if there are clear defects in material or craft process.

Product warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

Replacement Procedure

a.Obtain a Return Lable Email by contacting our Customer Service info@eyangoptical.ca

b.Send your glasses back to us and provide our Customer Service with the Delivery Confirmation Number.

c.Once we receive your Delivery Confirmation Number, you will either receive a refund within 48 hours or be sent a replacement.

d.We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.

Limitation of our Liability to You

a.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or any breach of the statutory implied terms as to title of goods or for fraud or any other liability which by law we are not permitted to limit or exclude.

b.Our maximum liability to you in connection with any physical damage caused to your property through the negligence of us will not in any circumstances exceed $100.

c.In all other cases, our total liability whether in contract,and breach of statutory duty or otherwise will not exceed the price of the goods and services to which the claim relates.

d.In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any business interruption, loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits, contracts, goodwill or anticipated savings.

Our Responsibilities

We will meet our responsibilities under this contract within a reasonable time unless it is impossible for us to do this because of circumstances outside of our reasonable control. In particular we will not be responsible for delays caused by our suppliers.

Your responsibility for and ownership of goods

You will be liable for any loss or damage to the goods from the time of delivery unless such loss or damage is caused by our negligence.

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
